Weeks 2 to 8 | Momentum: Four fortnightly 30-minute coaching sessions, each focused, targeted, and ending with a written action plan. Never more than three priorities at a time, designed around a full schedule and a depleted brain. Direct support between sessions so you're never left stuck.
Week 8 | Integration: A final 60-minute transformation review plus your personal Maintenance Blueprint, a simple, sustainable framework so you can continue independently. You leave with a system, not a dependency.
