Let me introduce myself properly, because I think context matters here.
I'm a mum of two beautiful girls, a Hormone Health Coach, and someone who spent years wondering why period pain had me horizontal on the sofa while my friends were out living their best lives. Turns out it was Endometriosis . Diagnosed only last year. And honestly? Everything. Made. Sense.
That one diagnosis rewrote my entire history. Every cancelled plan, every "I just don't feel well," every time I thought I was being dramatic, nope. It was real. It was always real.
But here's the plot twist: before all of this, I had a whole other life. International Politics degree (yes, I can argue about geopolitics AND your hormones, yes I am a multitasking queen!). Then years in corporate change and project management, which basically means I'm professionally trained to spot chaos, cut through the noise, and make complicated things simple. Turns out that's very useful when the subject is women's health.
Oh, and fertility struggles too, because why not throw that into the mix. Two kids later, here we are.
So I built Healthify Reset. A space for women who are tired of vague advice, overwhelming wellness content, and being told to "just stress less." (Cool tip, thanks.) This is straight-to-the-point, fact-based guidance designed to help you optimise your health, energy, and fertility, without needing a medical degree to understand it.

It all starts with a free 15 minute discovery call. This is a relaxed chat where you can tell me what’s been going on, what you’re struggling with, and what you’d love to feel like instead. It’s also your chance to ask questions and see if I’m the right fit for you. No pressure, no commitment.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll book your initial deep dive consultation.
Before that session, I’ll ask you to complete a 3 day food and drink diary. This is not about judgement or perfection. It simply gives me a real life snapshot of your habits so I can understand what is actually going on day to day.
During your initial consultation, we take a full 360 look at your health, including:
Nutrition
Movement
Lifestyle habits
Energy, stress, sleep, and overall wellbeing
This is where we connect the dots. Often, things that feel random or frustrating start to make a lot more sense.
From there, we co create a simple, realistic plan together, usually focusing on up to three key goals. I keep this intentionally small so it feels achievable and not overwhelming.
Then comes the part that really makes the difference.
Through shorter, focused follow up sessions, I support you to stay consistent, work through challenges,
adjust your plan as your body responds, and build habits that actually stick.
Think of me as your accountability partner, guide, and sounding board. Someone in your corner helping you make meaningful shifts.
The goal is not perfection. It is helping you feel better, stronger, more balanced, and more energised in a way that lasts.
